The Government Contract Pricing Summit (GCP Summit) is a production of Executive Business Services, Inc. (EBS), developers of ProPricer software.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Attendees may cancel their registration at any time by logging in to Cvent, then clicking "Cancel Registration".

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following schedule:

• If canceled before 5/1/23: 95% of registration fee refunded
• If canceled between 5/1/23 - 5/31/23: 75% of registration fee refunded
• If canceled between 6/1/23 - 6/13/23: 50% of registration fee refunded
• No refunds will be processed after 6/13/23

Note: A full refund of an attendee’s registration payment will be granted only if the GCP Summit in-person event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of EBS.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Return time may vary, depending on the credit card issuer’s policies.

Transfers:

Attendees may transfer their registration to someone else at any time by logging in to Cvent, then clicking "Transfer Registration."

Name Badges:

In-person attendees will be issued a name badge at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Badges must be worn to access all GCP Summit workshops and networking functions. Badges will be scanned upon entry to all breakout sessions in order to verify session registration.

Photo Release Acknowledgment:

By attending the Government Contract Pricing Summit (in-person or virtually), you agree to give Executive Business Services, Inc. (EBS), permission to use (display, publish, record, etc.) any photograph(s), voice and video(s) made of you at this conference for all purposes, including advertising and publicity in print and electronic environments. We always strive to present individuals in an appropriate manner. Photographs posted to the conference Web site or other marketing materials will be removed upon request. By attending the GCP Summit, you release EBS and its employees from any liability arising out of use of these items.
