- What is the GCP Summit dress code?
Business casual is appropriate for all GCP Summit events. A light jacket or sweater is recommended for the venue’s air-conditioned rooms.
- Should I have identification with me?
During GCP Summit 2017 registration and check-in, registrants will be issued a name badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Badges must be worn to access all GCP Summit workshops and networking functions.
- May I bring my spouse and children?
The Summit is intended for participants 18 years and older. If you’d like to bring a guest to the networking events, you can purchase guest tickets for the Welcome Reception (Tuesday), Harbor Cruise (Wednesday) and Gala Dinner (Thursday) during the online registration process.

- Is there an early-bird registration rate for the Summit?
Yes, an early-bird savings of $200 off the regular ticket price is available. In order to receive these savings, you MUST register by March 31, 2017!
- Will additional training be offered the day before the Summit officially begins?
Yes, Practical Skills Day (Tuesday, June 20) offers additional training courses. See the Practical Skills Day agenda for full list of workshops available. The GCP Summit is hosted by EBS, makers of PROPRICER™. Even non-users of PROPRICER™ software are welcome to attend this training day since a wide selection of workshops are included for all skills levels – including great options for non-users based on our Beginner track workshops – as well as an offering of other workshops presented by top government and industry speakers.

- What is included in the cost of Summit registration?
All general sessions, panel discussions and workshops (specific workshops are selected by you during the registration process). Most meals are also included (breakfast, lunch) as well as admission to our after-hours Welcome Reception (Tuesday) and Final Night Gala (Thursday). The only evening networking event NOT included is Wednesday’s Harbor Cruise. Be sure to purchase a ticket for yourself or a guest for this entertaining evening once registration opens. The cruise will embark directly from the hotel’s private dock.
- Can I pay less if I only attend one day?
Tuesday’s Practical Skills Day may be paid for separately than the rest of the Summit. To gain the full benefit of GCP Summit 2017, we do NOT offer separate day passes for Wednesday and Thursday.

- Is there a discounted rate available at the hotel?
Yes. We have negotiated a room rate of $215 per night for industry and the current government per diem rate for government employees. Book your hotel room(s) online. You may also call the hotel directly at 877-872-8559 and ask for the GCP Summit 2017 group rate (available through June 1, 2017).
- What is the deadline to book a hotel room?
The GCP Summit group rate is available until June 1, 2017 or until the room block is filled. It is available 3 days prior to and after the conference on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Do I have to be registered for the event before I can book a hotel room?
You can book your hotel room prior to registering for the event.

- Is there a transportation service provided from the airport?
San Diego International Airport-Lindberg Field offers several taxi and shuttle options that you may utilize. Uber is also an option.

- Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Yes! In the event you are unable to attend GCP Summit 2017, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual within your company. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing (contact us here) by May 26, 2017. We will be unable to grant transfer requests received after this date. If you make your transfer request prior to this deadline and a separate credit card transaction is required, a transfer fee of 5% of your total purchase amount will be assessed. - When is the deadline to register?
Cutoff date for registration is June 1, 2017.
- Do I need to register my guest(s)/friend(s)/family for the after-hours events?
Yes. You need to register all guests. Badges are required to gain entrance at the conference and all after-hours events. The conference is intended for adults 18 and older.
- I’ve already registered; how do I add a guest?
Once your registration has been submitted, you will be able to log back into the registration site with the username and password you created and add guest(s).

- How do I request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted in writing (contact us here) by May 26, 2017. We will be unable to grant refund requests received after this date. If a refund request has been received prior to this deadline, a cancellation fee of 5% of your total purchase amount will be assessed. Once a refund request has been received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Return time may vary, depending on the credit card issuer’s policies. Most meals will be provided:
Tuesday – Welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and open bar
Wednesday – Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch (separate ticket for evening Harbor Cruise – just $35 per person)
Thursday – Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, dinner
- What if I have a food allergy/intolerance of some sort?

- Can I choose to attend only some of the sessions/events?
You may do so if you wish. We strongly suggest that you attend all events and sessions to maximize your benefit from all networking and knowledge opportunities.
